- A young flame, gone too soon.
Moya was the ray of sunshine for any life that she touched. She loved to work, to be independent, and to laugh. She was always singing, sometimes with a repeated tune that replayed in your head for days on end. She was a fighter, and through her pain, she still found a way to make everyone laugh, to talk about her favourite shows and music, to make her TikToks and snaps, and to read or watch her anime. She loved her family and friends, and enjoyed dressing up like her mom. Her love for food was admirable, and she often tried to recreate recipes, to learn of to replicate the taste at home. She was a responsible young woman, who looked out for everyone and was loyal and loved. She suffered a blood clot in her lung, which later moved to her heart; still, she had a beautiful heart to the end.
From the stories to the shows. If she's reading, she's reading Manga, and if she's watching, she's watching Anime with her brothers and Nia.
From cooking to trying new foods, Moya tried t whenever possible.

It’s hurts to see you go 🕊️🕊️but even though your not here with us I still smile when I think about all the fun times we had back in school the laughter, the inside jokes, and the way we used to turn even the simplest moments into pure joy. Those were some of the best days, full of friendship and laughter that I’ll never forget. I remember those Digicel free nights like they were yesterday. We would stay up talking for hours about life, school, dreams, and pure foolishness just laughing until we couldn’t anymore. Those late-night conversations made our bond even stronger. Even though you’re no longer here, the memories we shared will live with me forever. You brought so much light, laughter, and love into my life, and I’ll always be grateful for the time we had together. Rest in peace, my friend gone but never forgotten. That pics reminds me of the Moya I met!

I can remember Moya coming home from work, and as she came through the door, she would come looking for me and call out 'Channnn'. Sometimes we'd yap about work and what she was planning to do regarding school, as she raided the kitchen for food or counted out her tips from her little crossbody bag that she would wear to work everyday. Sometimes she'd sit down in the couch watching her anime and tiktoks and then end up arguing with Tevin about which anime is the best or what they should each watch next. She'd spend her time learning how to use the computer, so that she could get a better job, so much that she eventually saved up and bought a laptop for herself. When she wants something from Tevin, she would smile coyly and rub his back but then start of with my 'Brotherrr'. You could just tell when she wanted something. Then we took her out to watch a movie at Carib, so she could experience the 4dx experience. It was so funny as the chair shook her and she couldn't stop laughing. Then there were the Sundays when she'd be at home. You'd see her cleaning and then she'd come hang out with us as we did our toes, watched a show on Netflix or ran silly jokes. Her voice still echoes in my head and I miss her.
